Prenatal healthcare

Our core mission is improving outcomes for women in Pakistan through every stage of pregnancy. We support antenatal visits across roughly nine months, counselling on nutrition and danger signs, referrals for complications, and continuity of care so treatment is timely and respectful. No woman should face pregnancy without clinical support because of poverty.

Free medical camps

Mobile camps bring doctors, nurses, and volunteers to rural and peri-urban communities. We offer consultations, basic medicines, screening for anaemia and hypertension, and maternal checks for women who cannot travel to tertiary hospitals.

Community welfare

When floods, displacement, or local emergencies strike, we coordinate relief and ongoing welfare support with community leaders. The goal is practical help — supplies, information, and referrals — without duplicating what partners already do well.

Poverty alleviation

Food packages, ration drives, and small livelihood supports reduce the trade-offs families make between eating and seeking care. Alleviating extreme hardship makes prenatal attendance and follow-through possible.

Mental health

Perinatal stress, gender-based pressures, and trauma need safe responses. We invest in awareness sessions, training for field staff, and partnerships for culturally grounded care — with clear referral pathways where specialist help exists.

Education & awareness

Short courses, community talks, and printed materials explain breastfeeding, newborn warning signs, family planning options, and rights in health facilities. Informed women negotiate better care for themselves and their children.

Women’s empowerment

Peer groups, leadership in camp planning, and links to skills or savings initiatives help women influence decisions that affect their health. Empowerment is both outcome and strategy for sustainable maternal progress.
